You retain 100% ownership of all content you upload. By using TheTabber, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content to your connected social media accounts solely to fulfill the distribution services you request.
Our Service allows you to interact with third-party platforms, and your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms. Specifically:
We are not responsible for any actions taken by these third-party platforms against your account, including content removal or account suspension.
We offer a full refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact support@thetabber.com with your account details.
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheTabber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of social media account access, loss of revenue, or errors in content distribution.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to TheTabber in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for breaches of these Terms.
